Joe Bobek

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Bobek is an independent Senior Consultant with over 40 years of experience working to improve the financial management processes and administrative activities in the US Federal Government and the International Judicial Community. 

Mr. Bobek served for 33 years in the federal government where he held numerous senior financial management positions in a number of Federal Agencies ending his federal career as Chief Financial Officer of the US Courts. 

After retiring from the Federal Courts, Mr. Bobek spent three years as a Principle Consultant with PriceWaterHouseCoopers managing government projects to improve planning, budgeting and cash management.  For the past eleven years, Mr Bobek completed judicial improvement assignments in Serbia, Lebanon, Indonesian, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Georgia Republic, Armenia and Ukraine.
